8 Things You Might Not Know About Me...

Ok, I was given #8...

1. Growing up, I was in countless fights or getting "jumped" for reasons I didn't understand until I was an adult. (Kids can be so cruel)

 2. At age 18, I saw no point to living anymore. However, meeting the right people at the right time and abandoning everything I thought about life in general gave me purpose and realizing there's a lot more to life than what is forced on you from birth.

3. I dropped out of High School and am very proud of myself for doing so. (This G.E.D. hasn't changed anything) And see no point in myself continuing education unless it's absolutely free...

4. I'm that "hippie" or "nerd" that believes in energy or chakra, multiple dimensions, time travel, altering reality with your mind, aliens (random conspiracies), eating organic, watching anime, and that there's no limit to what you can do when you use your mind. Also, that I/we are more than just "human" and that every human is “perfect” in his or her own way...

 5. Being the way I am (a free thinker) or not conforming to the masses has made me a bit of a social outcast...

6. I've learned to accept that certain people will never be "ok" with you no matter how good of a person you are and that it's their personal choice to put hatred out into the universe...

 7. I purchased my first home cash in 2012 right after turning 29. (Again, I’m still broke tho :P) If you had told me when I was younger that I'd be in the position I'm in now, (So called American Dream) I would've thought you were crazy...

 8. I've been in 4 serious relationships between the ages of 17 and 26 back-to-back. And have been single since 2010. Each relationship has taught me more about life, myself, and people in general... I have no kids nor is interested in having any or getting married; but that might change for the right woman...

I'm A Good, Quality Single Man

I'm not stingy like some of you guys out there. If a woman wants me to spoil her, I'll win her a bunch of 99 cent auctions on Ebay. If she wants a car, I'll make her save up 500 bucks and give her a ride to CarHop. If she wants me to take her on a trip around the world, I'll email her a bunch of links to National Geographic documentaries. And if she wants me to pay her bills, I'll go cut out some coupons for her... So you can't tell me I'm not a good man... -Jasen Robinson-

America's Current Situation

The government has shut down but federal employees are still expected to work... I hope no major problems arise out of this retarded situation. If Obama was really for the people, he would've slightly raised taxes and created universal health care similar to that of other countries. Everyone gets basic treatment (Like injuries and giving birth) but no-one comes out of pocket. There would be no shut-down right now... But again, we are allowing this to happen because few people give a damn about how the country they live in is run... That's cool; continue on with your regularly scheduled program until the political shenanigans start to affect your daily life even more... (To the point where you will notice and pay attention <- By then it will be too late) It sounds negative but needs to be said.

Reply To OkCupid Blog

It is so interesting reading all of these comments. I don't know, I've been on this site for some years now and I haven't met anyone in person yet. I can't blame it on the site, women, or myself. I just think that's how it is. There's so many people on here, I feel like the grass is always greener. So when a guy (like me) sends a genuine message, the woman has to filter through all the guys that are trying to contact her. So, don't be surprised if the results are low. Maybe there has to be an "it" factor. You know, something that makes you stand out immediately. Probably doesn't take much for someone to lose interest here. But life is always about how you think. If you feel that you will have no luck in finding a mate here, chances are you're attracting that into your life. I think if more people try to be positive, they might attract a positive-thinking mate. -Or maybe someone with good intentions. I don't really think I need this site to meet women. I came here when I couldn't walk in effort to keep some kind of social life. All I have to do is get out of the house more and it won't be long before my "single" status is removed. I think the people that are here complaining should just get out more. Talk to complete strangers and get out of your comfort zone. On top of enhancing your people skills, it may improve how you write messages to someone you're interested in. And just try to be a positive person in general. Don't fake it; having a positive outlook will create a very powerful effect on every aspect of your life...
